Our educational platform offers subscription-based access to course content at £9.99 per month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

4.2 Coaching Services

Business audit sessions are available for £150 per 90-minute session. Payment is required at the time of booking.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe (for subscriptions) and Square (for coaching bookings). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

4.4 Refunds and Cancellations

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • Coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment
  • Refunds for coaching sessions are considered on a case-by-case basis
  • We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
  • Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers

While we strive to provide valuable insights and recommendations, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results from our coaching services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical issues.

9.2 Content Accuracy

While we work to ensure content accuracy, information is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bridal Etiquette shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to delete your account.
